To be more specific, I'm trying to set up a sleep routine🤫
I go to bed and wake up so chaotically now that I want to organize it somehow🙃
So to speak - to conquer my sleep😈
Sometimes I just wake up and don't realize it's day or night😅
I'm not quite there yet, but I've only been practicing for a week🙂
So I think I'll get there😏
