00015 # bad cough when waking up

I have only one thought in my head when I wake up: and that is to smoke! It doesn't matter if it's early or if it's late, if I'm still sleepy or if I have a red, yellow or blue pack at hand. It doesn't matter if a cup of coffee is not ready. My only thought as soon as I open my eyes is to smoke. Today I am quite well and was able to record the video. Usually I am much worse than this. But I cannot separate myself from my cigarettes. The index finger of my right hand is visibly stained with nicotine! I am exaggerating ... how much I fucking smoke, for God's sake!!! So many people ask me if I smoke as soon as I wake up. Of course I do, and I've been doing it for so many years. It's the first thing I do in the morning and it's the last thing I do before I go to sleep. Sometimes I wake up during my night's rest and light cigarettes even in the middle of the night. My morning cough is often bad, dirty, brutal. And it can last up to half an hour, continuously. I smoke on it anyway, all the time. Because only smoking can calm this fucking cough. I have to inhale poison from the first minutes, I want my dose of nicotine, now! I want to sprinkle my body with ash and I want to smell like smoke all the time!

Ho un solo pensiero in testa quando mi sveglio: ed è quello di fumare! Non importa se è presto o se è tardi, se ho ancora sonno o se a portata di mano ho un pacchetto rosso, giallo o blu. Non importa se non è pronta una tazza di caffè. Il mio unico pensiero appena apro gli occhi è quello di fumare. Oggi sto piuttosto bene e ho potuto registrare il video. Solitamente sto molto peggio di così. Ma io non posso separarmi dalle mie sigarette. L'indice della mia mano destra è visibilmente macchiato di nicotina! Sto esagerando ... quanto cazzo fumo, per Dio!! In tanti mi chiedono se fumo appena sveglia. Certo che sì, e lo faccio da tantissimi anni. E' la prima cosa che faccio alla mattina ed è l'ultima che faccio prima di prendere sonno. A volte mi sveglio durante il riposo notturno e accendo sigarette anche in piena notte. La mia tosse del mattino è spesso cattiva, sporca, brutale. E può durare anche mezz'ora, continuativamente. Io ci fumo sopra lo stesso, sempre. Perché solo il fumo può calmare questa cazzo di tosse. Io devo aspirare veleno fin dai primi minuti, voglio la mia dose di nicotina, adesso! Io voglio cospargere il mio corpo di cenere e voglio puzzare di fumo sempre!
