The runny nose is because his adult canines are growing in over his baby canines, but the vet isn’t worried and says that will fix itself, but the quote? $700 to get him neutered! Wtf!? When did it get so expensive? Taking donations from those who want their balls cut off, and from animal lovers, like me 🖤😘
