Iβve never seen anything like this before. Communal explosions of joy, people are hugging and crying and singing as if a war just ended. π Itβs incredible. I donβt even care about sports, but this win is very important for the country, and for their star player, Lionel Messi. The team hasnβt won a WC since 1986. The country has suffered an extremely tumultuous political history and economic issues for decades. These people needed a victory, and today they got it!
