

Current physique. 155-160ish lbs. :) No supps for over 2 months now (and many more to come) no cardio just steps. . The beauty of dieting year round can keep ya growing and on the leaner side year round. 😉 I haven’t had one numbered off of my macros for over 20 months now! I have no desire to NOT adhere to my training and diet. 🤷🏽♀️ Being the best me means being 100% all of the time and that is totally sustainable if you’re doing what you love! 😉
