Very pleased with my midsection progress. I wish I could say it was plenty of crunches/planks, but it’s mostly eating boring food to strip away the visceral fat in this area. Ordinarily I sit at around 20% body fat but I’m aiming for around 17%. I’m doing this through watching my carb intake and increasing my protein, and (mostly) cutting out alcohol and sugary snack foods. I like how I feel at this body fat percentage - light, fit and strong.

Happy timezone to you! I name all my sets to make sorting them easier, this one is called "Just Naked". It's a smaller pro-shot set, and it punches well above its weight - the last pose is quite a lot, for me. If you think you see something in pic 4, then maybe you do! I am so much more than the one thing people know me for. I love all of you who are supporting me breaking out of the box that I've become trapped in.
That said, people have been asking for piano related content, and I hope this counts! In this dark and moody set, I'm wearing either my piano suspenders or my piano tie, and my black lacy g string. You'll see plenty of butt (SO much butt), stomach, and a LOT of boob, absolutely everything except the nipple. The suspenders are not doing a very good job of keeping them covered. In the last couple of shots, I lose the g string altogether. You'll see a lot of skin texture, goosebumps, baby hairs and butt dimples.
